10 Medical College students Suspended For ‘Ragging’ Juniors In Telangana

Hyderabad:

Ten MBBS college students of state-run Gandhi Medical School right here had been suspended on Monday for one 12 months, for allegedly ragging their juniors.

The suspension orders had been issued after the anti-ragging committee took a choice to this impact following an inquiry which discovered them to be “indulging in ragging” over the previous few days, an official stated.

The scholars who had been ragged, complained to the anti-ragging cell in UGC, New Delhi, he stated, including that the matter was conveyed to the Telangana authorities.

“Now we have suspended (them) for one 12 months and we now have evicted them from the hostel,” he added.
