Former Union minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and senior BJP chief Kirodi Lal Meena have been amongst 12 MLAs sworn in as cupboard ministers within the Bhajan Lal Sharma-led BJP authorities in Rajasthan on Saturday.
