The Bar Council of India (BCI) has rescheduled the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 to December 10. The examination was initially scheduled for December 3, 2023.

In an official notification launched on the web site, the Bar Council of India stated, “The choice to reschedule the AIBE has been taken as a result of a conflict with the CLAT PG examination and MP State Judicial PT that are additionally slated on the identical day. We now have acquired a number of communications from the involved candidates expressing the challenges this overlap presents.”

The council added that the examination has been rescheduled holding in view the importance of the All India Bar Examination, CLAT PG and MP State Judicial PT. The rescheduling of date will give the scholars a good alternative to excel in these examinations.

The net registrations for the AIBE 18 examination will shut on November 16. The deadline for cost via on-line mode will finish on November 17, 2023. The final date for making correction within the registration kind is November 19, 2023.

The admit card will probably be launched between December 1 and 5, the BCI additional stated. The date of examination is December 10, 2023.

The passing standards for qualifying the examination for normal and OBC class college students is 45 per cent marks, whereas for the SC, ST and differently-abled college students it’s 40 per cent marks. Earlier, the qualifying proportion for reserved classes was 35 per cent.
