Environmental lawyer Rithuk Dutta and his non-profit have been booked by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for allegedly violating overseas funding legal guidelines.

Mr Dutta, who has co-authored a ebook on forest conservation with setting minister Bhupendra Yadav, runs the non-profit Authorized Initiative for Forests and Atmosphere (LIFE).
