KARACHI: In his bid to make sure high quality training for deprived college students, caretaker Sindh Chief Minister Justice (retd) Maqbool Baqar has instructed personal colleges to implement the “10% freeship” coverage.

The letter, addressing the secretary and director normal personal colleges of the College Schooling and Literacy Division, cited Chapter IV Part 10 of The Sindh Proper of Kids to Free and Obligatory Schooling Act 2013.
