The counsel for a person, who has accused Rahul Gandhi of defaming the RSS by linking it to Mahatma Gandhi’s assassination, on Saturday sought admission of some tweets by the Congress chief within the case in a court docket in Maharashtra’s Thane district.
Advocate Nandu Phadke, who represented complainant Rajesh Kunte, mentioned that they had filed within the Bhiwandi court docket paperwork associated to some tweets by Mr Gandhi as further proof over the past listening to and sought their admission within the case on Saturday.
