The trailer for Taapsee Pannu’s sophomore manufacturing Dhak Dhakwas launched on Monday.

Directed by Tarun Dudeja, the movie guarantees to be a breezy and uplifting drama about 4 girls who embark on a highway journey from Delhi to Khardung La, the world’s highest motorable cross situated in Leh.

Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza and Sanjana Sanghi play the quarter of protagonists hailing from various backgrounds and ages. As launched within the trailer, Shaikh’s character, Sky, is a passionate journey blogger in Delhi. She’s enlisted by Mahi (Shah) — an aged motorcycling fanatic recognized onscreen as ‘Biker Nani’ — to accompany her on a visit to Leh. They’re joined by Mirza, enjoying a Muslim homemaker, and Manjiri (Sanghi), a lady from a conservative household on the verge of marriage.

The trailer particulars their adventures as they set off on a life-changing journey throughout a harsh but breathtaking terrain. There are comedian scuffles punctuated by moments of friendship and self-discovery.

In accordance with the makers, Dhak Dhak was shot throughout 83 places in Delhi, Nice Noida, Himachal Pradesh and Leh. The movie is produced by Taapsee Paanu’s Outsider Movies together with BLM Photos and Viacom18 Studios.

It’s releasing in cinemas on October 13.
