Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Thursday mentioned Kannada and English together with Maths and science will probably be taught for 2 years on an experimental foundation within the registered madrasas for 2 years.
“Kids learning in waqf properties and registered madrasas run by waqf establishments will probably be taught constantly for 2 years in Kannada, English, Science, Arithmetic on an experimental foundation and different topics and will probably be made to write down SSLC, PUC and commencement exams by Nationwide Open Colleges. An order has already been issued on this regard,” CM Siddaramaiah wrote on X.
The CM made the announcement sharing the message of Income Minister Krishna Byre Gowda, in line with which, the initiative will probably be carried out first in 100 madrasas.
