LONDON: Former Pakistani cricket captain Zaheer Abbas has been shifted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of a personal hospital within the English capital, his household sources informed Geo Information Tuesday.

Abbas was taken to the hospital three days in the past after which he needed to be given placed on oxygen assist. The household of the cricketer has requested his followers to wish for his speedy restoration.

Based on sources, Abbas had contracted COVID-19 whereas staying in Dubai on his strategy to London. After reaching London, he complained of kidney ache and was recognized with pneumonia.
