Preet Vikal, a 20-year-old Indian scholar in Cardiff, was sentenced to 6 years and 9 months in a younger offenders’ establishment, officers stated on June 16.

The South Wales police stated in an announcement that he met the girl whereas she was on an evening out with buddies.
