Pakistan wins World Junior Squash Championship after 37 years

Pakistan’s Hamza Khan on Sunday received the World Junior Squash Championship, ending the 37-year trophy drought by beating Egypt’s Mohamed Zakaria within the last. 

Khan claimed a 3-1 victory over Zakaria within the finale, with a scoreline of 10-12, 14-12, 11-Three and 11-6.

Regardless of shedding the primary sport, Hamza made a grand comeback to win three on the bounce.

Pakistan final received the title 37 years in the past when squash legend Jansher Khan clinched the victory within the World Junior Squash Championship. 

Hamza certified for the ultimate of the World Junior Squash Championship on Saturday. French participant Melvil Scianimanico fought again from two video games and match ball down however Hamza prevailed within the decider to qualify for the ultimate.
