Keanu Reeves needed John Wick to be killed on the finish of ‘Chapter 4’, says producer

Engaged on John Wick: Chapter 4 was so exhausting for Hollywood star Keanu Reeves that he needed his titular character to be “definitively killed on the finish of this film”, franchise producer Basil Iwanyk has revealed.

Reeves reprised his position of the murderer who returns to the world he had left behind to avenge the homicide of a pup, a present from his late spouse within the fourth chapter of the motion movie collection directed by Chad Stahelski. It was launched in March.

In an interview with the web site Collider, Iwanyk revealed the actor turned a “shell of himself” because the capturing course of neared its completion.

“After the second, third, and fourth film, making these movies is so exhausting and it destroys Keanu, bodily and emotionally. By the tip, he is all the time like, ‘I can not do that once more,’ and we agree with him.

Iwanyk, who’s selling the upcoming Wick spin-off collection The Continental, stated Reeves and Stahelski are “getting collectively to determine what that story is” for an additional potential Wick chapter.

“The best way I describe it’s that they are like Paul McCartney and John Lennon, and I am Ringo,” he stated in a reference to the enduring music group The Beatles.
