ISLAMABAD: President Dr Arif Alvi Friday accepted the reconstitution of the Council of Frequent Pursuits (CCI) on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s recommendation, a press release from the President’s Secretariat stated.
The prime minister will head the CCI, whereas it would comprise chief ministers from the 4 provinces and three federal ministers — who will likely be a part of the council because the PM has nominated them.
The federal ministers embody Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal, Commerce Minister Naveed Qamar, and Railways and Aviation Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq.
