President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi on Wednesday has accepted the appointment of Justice Qazi Faez Isa as the following chief justice of Pakistan (CJP).
As per particulars, President Alvi accepted prime minister’s recommendation for the appointment of the senior most Choose of the Supreme Courtroom, Justice Qazi Faez Isa as chief justice of Pakistan.
The appointment of Justice Isa will take impact on September 17, 2023, after the superannuation of CJP Justice Umar Ata Bandial.

Born on October 26, 1959, in Quetta, Justice Qazi Faez Isa is the son of the late Qazi Mohammad Isa of Pishin, who was within the forefront of the Pakistan Motion.
Justice Qazi Faez Isa was known as to the Bar of England and Wales (Center Temple, 1982) and enrolled as an advocate of the Balochistan Excessive Courtroom and as an advocate of the Supreme Courtroom from Balochistan. He practiced regulation for over 27 years earlier than all of the Excessive Courts of Pakistan, the Federal Shariat Courtroom and the Supreme Courtroom of Pakistan.
