PSX takes U-turn, beneficial properties 1,692 factors

ISLAMABAD – The 100-index of Pakistan Inventory Change (PSX) on Wednesday circled to bullish pattern, gaining 1,692.64 factors, a constructive change of two.86 p.c, closing at 60,863.62 factors towards 59,170.98 factors the earlier buying and selling day. A complete of 669,356,605 shares valuing Rs.16.115 billion had been traded in the course of the day as in comparison with 670,859,618 shares valuing Rs.17.129 billion the final day. Some 357 firms transacted their shares within the inventory market; 274 of them recorded beneficial properties and 63 sustained losses, whereas the share costs of 20 remained unchanged. The three top-trading firms had been Okay-Electrical Ltd with 102,249,598 shares at Rs.4.89 per share, Fauji Meals Ltd with 58,130,290 shares at Rs.11.25 per share and PTCL with 55,426,00zero shares at Rs.12.25 per share. Pakistan Tobacco Firm witnessed a most improve of Rs.56.00 per share value, closing at Rs.1,100.00, whereas the runner-up was Mari Petroleum Firm with a Rs.43.55 rise in its per share value to Rs.363.90. Mehmood Textile Mills witnessed a most lower of Rs.37.00 per share closing at Rs. 468.00, adopted by Faisal Spinning Mills with Rs.29.25 decline to shut at Rs.360.75.
