Punjab govt registers case in opposition to Marriyum, Javed Latif for inciting violence


In a tit-for-tat transfer, the Punjab authorities on Monday registered a terrorism case in opposition to two PML-N federal ministers and PTV officers for allegedly inciting violence and non secular hatred in opposition to PTI Chairman Imran Khan.

The terrorism case has been filed in opposition to Federal Minister Mian Javed Latif, Data Minister Maryam Aurangzeb, Pakistan Tv (PTV) Managing Director Sohail Khan and Controller Program Rashid Baig on the Inexperienced City police station in Lahore. 

Punjab Dwelling Minister Hashim Dogar shared on Twitter the FIR filed in opposition to the PML-N leaders. He stated incitement of sectarian hatred and violence in opposition to any citizen, together with [PTI Chairman] Imran Khan won’t be allowed.

The case was registered at a request of a PTI activist named Irshad-ur-Rehman.
