Tata Communications Ltd. stated it has entered right into a share buy settlement by means of its Singapore-based subsidiary Tata Communications Worldwide Pte Ltd. (TCIPL) to amass the remaining 41.9% fairness in Oasis Good SIM Europe SAS (Oasis), a number one embedded-SIM (eSIM) expertise supplier.
