The wheels of fortune have been turning when this would-be sport present star first encountered the long-lasting Bob Barker.

On Sunday, Vanna White posted a candy tribute to the late “The Worth is Proper” host following his loss of life on Saturday on the age of 99.

“Once I moved to LA in 1980, I used to be on ‘Worth Is Proper’ and met Bob Barker,” White, 66, posted on Instagram alongside an image of her competing on the present.

“Thanks Bob for introducing me to the sport present world! We’ll miss you.”

The “Wheel of Fortune” letter-turner — who’s at present embroiled in contract negotiations with producers as Pat Sajak prepares for retirement — wasn’t the one celeb to share a fond reminiscence of the consummate host.

Adam Sandler paid tribute to the late TV legend on Saturday, who made a hilarious cameo within the actor’s 1996 sports activities comedy “Completely happy Gilmore.”

One other comic to honor Barker was Drew Carey, who took over internet hosting duties on the CBS sport present in 2007.

“Very unhappy day for the Worth Is Proper household, and animal lovers all around the world,” Carey, 65, wrote. “There hasn’t been a day on set that I didn’t consider Bob Barker and thank him. I’ll carry his reminiscence in my coronary heart endlessly. #RIPBobBarker We love you.”

Based on this rep, Barker died of pure causes at his Hollywood Hills residence.

“It’s with profound unhappiness that we announce that the World’s Biggest MC who ever lived, Bob Barker, has left us,” his longtime spokesman Roger Neal mentioned to The Publish.

Barker — who can be remembered as an outspoken animal rights activist — was an 18-time Daytime Emmy award-winner in addition to a recipient of an Emmy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1995.
