U.S. President Joe Biden has ordered his administration to start sharing proof of alleged Russian warfare crimes in Ukraine with the Hague-based Worldwide Legal Courtroom (ICC), a U.S official mentioned on Wednesday.
The Pentagon had been immune to the transfer and privately argued that any cooperation with the courtroom might open the best way for politicized prosecution of American troops deployed abroad.
